My procedures to quit smoking cigarette which I learned in my journey helped me to understand a lot of aspects in life especially on the issue of quitting smoking. Being determined to really kick the habit is not easy as it needs a lot of will power and discipline to be able to obtain the best results in quitting smoking. Being strong-minded, I was able to put a lot of motivation into my mind and emotions that I need to give up cigarette now. It allows me to be more focus than before. The quit smoking procedures for starters like me at that time of my struggle let my behaviors and character become more firm and tough. The procedures bring a lot of awakenings to me and to my family. We learn to be in control than ever and the strategies to quit smoking enable our weak minds to be physically powerful and confident in all our activities and plans. I encounter many things and aspects in my battle with nicotine addiction. I understand a lot of behaviors and characteristics in my personality which I don’t know and I don’t bother to know before. Just recently, before I quit smoking, and before I knew all the basic and advance procedures to quit smoking, I am just a person who is hooked to the terrible habit of smoking and I don’t bother to rescue my life from being addicted to nicotine. I don’t want to quit smoking because it gives me satisfaction no other substances in the world can give. It provides me with so much satisfaction and relief when I am depressed and while I am in a huge challenge in life. I do not care about my health and the health of others especially my family when I have a cigarette in my mouth. All I care is the pleasure it gives to me and stopping smoking is not in my vocabulary before. I don’t want to give up smoking because I believe at that time that it is a friend and not an enemy. And besides, it was no big deal.

But as time goes by and as I continue digging procedures to quit smoking, I learned from my research and inquiries that I was wrong in judging that smoking is not a big deal in my life. It is a big deal after all. It makes my health at risk. The addiction put my self into a situation which I’ll regret in the future. At the starting point when I fully realized that I need to quit smoking cigarette, I was able to switch my mind to think that it is an enemy. It is an enemy which is very difficult to conquer especially when you want to easily, quickly and effectively quit smoking after being hooked to the habit in a very long period of time. There are no procedures to quit smoking that can make you kick the habit in such a way like magic. There are no known medications that are invented that can make things not complicated with a blink of an eye when talking about quitting procedures. Quitting smoking seems to be a very tough addiction to beat. Beating nicotine addiction needs a huge amount of motivation, determination and will power to be able to get your feet onto success. It is a kind of addiction that needs discipline rather than hypnosis to quit smoking or hypnotherapy for chain smokers. But it is possible to quit smoking. There are plenty of methods to quit smoking. All I need to do is to seek and apply those procedures and I will gain benefits later on.

There are numerous procedures to quit smoking cigarettes. There are lots of stop smoking programs that are available for someone who wants to kick the bad habit slowly or gradually. I was about to doubt the effectiveness of the program but I am luckily, my investigation made me realize that it is an effective way to quit smoking and it is a kind of treatment for nicotine addiction that deals with the mind rather than the body itself. It is an issue of mind over matter and the latter seem to be beaten up due to hypnotherapy to quit smoking.

These quit smoking procedures main objective is to make everyone who wants to give up smoking quickly and beat nicotine addiction that is ruining heavy smoker’s life just like a twister. Smoking cigarette is a slow killer. The sufferings are even more painful than the procedures when quitting smoking. I understand the fact that nicotine addiction is a kind of addiction that is really hard to conquer and beating it with one’s self without knowing the correct methods on quitting smoking will create a lot of bad results than good ones. I am in the same situation before that I almost give up in quitting smoking because I don’t have any ideas on how to quit smoking. I always lose the control in my habit and it gives me headaches and tantrums most likely irritability and fatigue which are not tolerable. But I managed to quit smoking cold turkey with the help of a doctor that specializes in this kind of situation. If you really want to quit smoking and stay healthy for the rest of your lives, you may seek for natural ways to quit smoking. You can find it in the internet and the information on the procedure is enormous when it comes to best ways to quit smoking. The internet provides a lot of tips to quit smoking cigarette and the methods to stop smoking come very handy to all who have access. You may also ask if there are alternative activities which you can do besides smoking. Well, there are many alternatives that you can do when the cravings to cigarette attacks. The key to stop smoking cigarette is motivation. It is a key to a big step towards success. It is a tool that will be use against the cravings to smoke and while on the midst of nicotine withdrawal symptoms that a chain smoker may or can experience whenever he decides to quit smoking. Motivation really helps in conquering not only nicotine addiction but other addiction as well. It will build a strong foundation that allows the individual not to smoke again. It will create a tough mind to be able to beat the habit.

When I started my expedition in looking for procedures to quit smoking campaign, I always believed that I will encounter many obstacles in my way out. I am hooked to the habit in very long time and for me getting out seem impossible. I can say that my self is my enemy. It is far beyond the truth. I can’t get my self motivated because of lack of support from my family and friends. They always thought that I couldn’t get my feet on to quit smoking. They thought that my decision is another plan that I can’t accomplish accordingly. But I told them that I really want to stop smoking because of them. I love them and I know that they are the reason why I need to quit smoking. I ask their support and advice when I do the planning to quit smoking and they did not hesitate to give away their assistance. Even if I am alone, anytime and in any place, I don’t forget that I need to stop the habit and live a normal, healthier life.

Another tip to help quit smoking is that you encourage your family to join you in your quit smoking campaign, motivate them as well as your self that you need to quit smoking and rely on their support to be on the right track of succeeding in your advocacy. It will allow you’re self to be determine and to be motivated as well as being strong when craving to cigarette starts to attack.

Give your self a favor in long term effect by means of quitting smoking. Do your family a favor and you will live longer than you expected. Consider my quit smoking procedures before you regret being hooked to the habit for the rest of your life.
